Remington introduces the X-Mark Pro Trigger, designed for the Model 700 and Model Seven. The new trigger, which is adjustable by Authorized Repair Centers, offers improved out-of-the-box feel, crisper trigger pull, up to 45-percent lower trigger pull settings and enhanced corrosion resistance.

The Model Seven XCR Camo, outfitted with the new trigger, sports a new Realtree AP Camo stock and R3 recoil pad. It’s offered in five short-action calibers for 2007.



The Model 770 Full Line, which replaces the Model 710, features a black synthetic stock with molded-in sling swivel studs and a 3-9x40mm scope. Additional 2007 chamberings are the 7mm-08 and .308 Win.

The Model 700 Alaskan Ti Full Line features a titanium receiver, new Max Guard finish on Bell & Carlson stock with pillar-bedded action and new hinged floorplate magazine box.

The Model 7615 Ranch Carbine, modeled after the Model 7615 Law Enforcement line, uses standard M16/AR15 magazines. It features an 18-1/2" barrel. The Model 7615 Camo Hunter has a 22" barrel and a Mossy Oak Brush finish.

The Model 700 SPS-Varmint has a 26" barrel and is offered in four varmint calibers.

In the new .17 Remington Fireball chambering, Remington is offering the Model 700 VSF, Model Seven CDL and Model 700 SPS. For 2007, Remington is chambering eight rifles in the new .300 Ultra Mag Power Level Ammunition.

In its Premier Dealer Line, Remington is offering the Model 547 Custom Rimfire in .22 LR and .17 HMR. It has a 22" barrel.



Remington adds a stainless version to its Mauser 98 bolt-action rifle line. The Model 798 Stainless has a forest green laminate M700 ADL-style Monte Carlo stock. It’s available with a 22" barrel in standard calibers and with 24" and 26" barrels in Magnum chamberings.

In shotguns, the Model SP-10 Magnum Waterfowl, the Model 11-87 SPS Super-Mag Waterfowl and the Model 870 Express Super-Mag Waterfowl are offered in Mossy Oak Duck Blind for 2007.


The Model 870 SPS Super-Mag MAX Gobbler has a new recoil-reducing stock from Knoxx Industries and is fully camouflaged in Realtree All-Purpose (Green) HD.

The Model 879 XCS Marine Magnum Xtreme features Black TriNyte Corrosion Control plating on the 18" 12-gauge barrel and receiver, and a SpeedFeed I stock with shell holder.

Remington’s 2007 Ruffed Grouse Society gun is a 20 gauge with a 26" barrel, English-style stock and a deep black receiver with engraved game birds. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of the shotgun is donated to the Ruffed Grouse Society.

The Genesis Muzzleloader Buckmaster Limited Edition features a stainless steel fluted barrel and Realtree stock and forend. The Genesis ML Blued model has a Mossy Oak Break-Up stock and forend.


In its tactical line, Remington introduces the Model 700 XCR Tactical Long Range Rifle. It features a new Tactical Bell & Carlson OD green stock and black webbing, with a full-length aluminum-bedding block, tactical beavertail forend and recessed thumb hook behind the pistol grip. It has the new X-Mark-Pro trigger.

The Model 870 Tactical Shotgun Series is offered in three stock options: Knoxx SpecOps recoil-reduction stock, Speed Feed IV stock and two Knoxx SpecOps Folding Stocks. The 12-gauge shotguns are 2-3/4" and 3" chambered, with 18" and 20" barrels.


The 12-gauge Model 1100 Tactical Shotguns for 2007 have new Blasted Black oxide finishes, tactical-style stocks, two- and four-shot magazines, tube extensions, and 18" and 22" barrels.

Remington’s Model R-15 VTR, developed in conjunction with Bushmaster Firearms, is chambered in .204 Ruger and .223 Rem. It is available in three models: Predator, Predator Carbine and Predator CS (Collapsible Stock).

The Model 770 Stainless Camo has a nickel receiver and barrel, factory-mounted and bore-sighted 3-9x40mm scope and, new for 2008, a Realtree AP-HD camo stock.

The Model Seven 25th Anniversary Commemorative Edition, chambered in 7mm-08 Rem., has a high-polish blued receiver, barrel and bolt handle; laser-engraved American walnut CDL-style stock and commemorative medallion inset in pistol grip.

The Model 798 Safari Grade, in .375 H&H Mag. and .458 Win. Mag., has a controlled round feed Mauser action; 22" rifled barrel, with barrel band; and steel-hinged floorplate.
The Model 700 CDL is now available in a High-Polish Blued version, chambered in .270 Win., 7mm Rem. Mag and .20-06 Sprg.


The Model 700 CDL Boone & Crockett Series features a 24" clean-fluted blued barrel in standard and WSM calibers and 26" in Magnum chamberings.

The Model 700 XCR 2008 Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation Limited Edition is chambered in 7mm Rem. Ultra Mag., featuring a 26" stainless barrel and Realtree AP camo stock.

The Model 597, in .22 LR, is now available in Mossy Oak Blaze Orange and Mossy Oak Pink. The Model 587 TVP Stainless (Target Varmint Plinker) has a grey/brown Shady Camo ambidextrous laminate stock and stainless steel heavy target free-floated 20" barrel. The Model 597 Yellow Jacket features a unique black/grey and yellow laminated target-style stock.

The Model Five Rimfire, in .17 HMR, has a 22" brown laminated hammer forged barrel. The Model Five Rimfire Youth, in .22 LR, has a 16 1/2" barrel and comes with a single-shot insert.

The Model 547 Custom Rimfire, with Shilen button-rifled 22" barrel, offers “1/2-inch, five-shot groups at 50 yards.”

Remington introduces the ShurShot stock on six shotgun models for 2008. The lightweight, synthetic stock is ambidextrous, with an ergonomic grip and molded-in sling-swivel stud.
The 11-87 Sportsman ShurShot SuperMag Turkey, 870 SPS ShurShot SuperMag Turkey, 11-87 Sportsman SureShot FR-CL (Fully Rifled Cantilever) and the 870 SPS ShurShot FR-CL have a 3-lb. competition spring on the trigger assembly and feature the new SuperCell recoil pad.

The 870 Express Magnum ShurShot Turkey and the 870 Express ShurShot FR-CL have extended forend grips.

For 2008, Remington adds the 11-87 Super Magnum capability to its Sportsman line. The 11-87 Sportsman SuperMag Waterfowl, in full Mossy Oak Duck Blind, has a Quick-Load Extended carrier release button. The 11-87 Sportsman SuperMag features a new synthetic stock design and SuperCell recoil pad.

The 1100 Premier Sporting Line features a nickel-plated receiver and magazine tube, fine-line embellishments, with gold accents on the receiver, and SuperCell recoil pad.

Remington celebrates 100 years of its pump-action shotguns with the Model 870 Wingmaster Commemorative. The 12 gauge has a 28" vent-rib Rem-Choke barrel, “B” grade walnut stock and forend, fine-line embellishments and gold plating on the receiver.
The 870 Tactical Desert Recon features Tiger Stripe Digital Desert Camo and a new Rem-Choke extended ported Tactical (CYL) tube.

The 870 XCS and 11-87 XCS (Extreme Conditions Shotguns) have two stock options: Mossy Oak Duck Blind on the stock and forend of the waterfowl model, and a black synthetic stock on Grey PVD.

Model 547™ Custom.

The Model 547 is masterfully-crafted in the Remington Custom Shop and is available in traditional, match-chambered 22 LR and lightning-fast, medium range 17 HMR chambering. Based on the Model 504 rimfire design, the Model 547 has many detailed features that enhance its performance - a receiver machined from a solid bar of steel with a rear lock-up design; positive bedded action with twin takedown screws; dual extractors for positive feeding; and advanced barrel clamp design that provides a strong action-to-barrel union. The Model 547 design has been enhanced with a reconfigured bolt handle that mirrors the look and feel of the world’s most popular bolt-action centerfire rifle - the Model 700™.

All triggers are hand tuned by our expert gunsmiths and set at a crisp three pounds. The flush mount, metal magazine box is extremely durable and will provide a lifetime of use. In 22 LR, the magazine capacity is six rounds and has a five round capacity in 17 HMR. At the heart of this rimfire’s amazing accuracy is a button rifled, 22-inch Shilen® barrel. These stress-relieved, hand-lapped carbon steel barrels start with a high-precision chamber (match-grade in 22 LR offering) and finish out with a concave “dish” crown that protects the high grade rifling from damage. The redesigned, fine-quality walnut stock mirrors the classic lines of the Model 700 CDL™ with a straight comb; elegant black grip cap and fore-end tip; and traditional cut-checkering on the pistol grip and fore-end. The attractive satin finish on the stock is complemented by a high-polish, “buffed” blued finish on the receiver and barrel. Hvis den ikke kan skyde i sammenfoldet tilstand, så kan den da umuligt være ulovlig ? Ellers kan alle der har en take down riffel da lige så godt aflevere deres til destruktion med det samme ? :-)
