1... snow goose breast cut into 1 inch strips
2...marinate over night in a bowl of Italian salad dressing ,keep cool in refrig.
3..next day remove from bowl and take pork bacon and rollup
with the 1 inch strips of snow goose breast into a pinwheel.
4...use toothpicks to hold the pinwheel snacks together.
5...grill on gas or charcoal grill until cooked to your liking,grill
pinwheel like a godt steak,not over done.
